Product Details

Brand new, OWB Cross-Draw/Driving holster for Bond Arms Full-Size derringers with 6" barrel. FULL-QUILL OSTRICH!

We are one of Bond Arms' official holster makers so, we are one of the most knowledgable on Bond Arms pistols and their holsters.

This holster is a larger version of the Bond Arms cross-draw/driving holster with a few modifications. The most notable change is, the attachment strap. For this holster, we have widened the existing pattern to accommodate the larger 6" barrel weight distribution. Secondly, we have replaced the traditional Velcro with two high-retention snaps. This insures the weapon and holster will remain securely on your belt.

The full-quill ostrich sets this holster apart from all the rest! This holster is NOT wet-molded for a reason. We wanted to accentuate the ostrich leather as much as possible and not detract from its beauty.

Instead of using heavier leather for the outer shell and lighter leather for the liner, we have reversed the process. The interior "liner" leather is 7-8 ounce Hermann Oak veg tanned leather and the exterior shell is full-quill ostrich. The ostrich leather and Hermann Oak leather are fully bonded together to insure they won't delaminate. The parimeter of the holster is sewn with 277 bonded nylon copper colored thread. Interior is dyed a pleasing light brown and finished in a medium gloss acrylic. Finally, the edges are all sanded, slicked, and finished in a medium brown. This holster is RIGHT HAND ORIENTATION.

THESE LEATHER HOLSTERS ARE TIGHT WHEN NEW. Please allow for a break-in period when you first get it. This is by design to insure that the holster remains as snug and firmly in place for all its life.

Holster would be worn at the appendix position on belt. It is designed to be put on and taken off without having to remove your belt.

These holsters are ONLY available through us.

Shipping is a flat-rate of $5 to anywhere in the continental U.S..

Please feel free to ask any questions. If there is any issue with the holster you receive, it should be returned to us (NOT BOND ARMS).

Double Jay Ranch Holsters on eBay and Etsy

While we would much prefer selling to you directly from our website, we do understand that some customers feel safer making their purchases on bigger platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Etsy. However, please keep in mind, those platforms take a huge percentage of the sale; often times, making more money off of the sale than the actual seller does. It’s unfortunate that they feel the need to be the only ones making a profit but, they do.

eBay and Etsy both encourage sellers to lower their prices, pay extra fees for “promoted” listings, and offer free shipping. All of this just to spur on the sale. Why? Because whether the seller makes money or not, they ALWAYS do! Putting it in its most simple terms, they don’t care if the seller makes money as long as they do.

Again, we do have a presence on both eBay and Etsy. And if you feel more comfortable making your purchase there, just click on either of the two images or the links below.

For more information about how bad eBay and Etsy are for sellers (and buyers), check out this article on Forbs.com.
